Refund Policy

Draft Fast subscriptions provide access to plan features, monthly Publishing Credits, and active production capacity for the current billing period.

Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals. Access and subscription entitlements remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.

Booster Credits remain active while the subscription remains active, and roll over month to month till used. Unused Booster Credits expire when the subscription ends after the current billing period.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case through support@draftfast.co.
