Draft Fast public policy information for customers, reviewers, and platform partners.

Welcome to Draft Fast ("Draft Fast," "Platform," "Service," "we," "our," or "us"), a software platform for AI-assisted publishing workflows. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

1. Description of Service

Draft Fast is an AI-assisted publishing workflow platform that helps users generate draft manuscripts, study guides, workbooks, patient/client/student handouts, fiction content, nonfiction content, publishing assets, outlines, metadata, marketing materials, and related creative outputs.

Draft Fast provides software tools only. We do not act as a publisher, literary agent, legal advisor, educational institution, or financial advisor.

All generated content is provided for informational and drafting purposes only.

2. User Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for all content generated, edited, published, distributed, sold, or otherwise used through the Platform.

You agree that you are fully responsible for:

Reviewing and editing all generated outputs
Fact-checking and verifying accuracy
Performing plagiarism and originality reviews
Ensuring compliance with copyright laws
Obtaining required permissions or licenses
Adding citations or disclosures where necessary
Ensuring compliance with publishing platform policies
Reviewing AI-generated medical, legal, financial, or educational information before use
Final publishing decisions and commercial use

Draft Fast does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, original, error-free, publishable, or compliant with third-party platform rules.

3. No Publishing or Income Guarantees

Draft Fast makes no guarantees regarding:

Book sales
Royalties
Revenue or income
Search rankings
Amazon KDP approval
Publishing acceptance
Reader engagement
Advertising performance
SEO rankings
Business success

Any examples, testimonials, marketing materials, case studies, or projections are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as guarantees of results.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

You acknowledge that artificial intelligence systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, repetitive, or substantially similar content.

Draft Fast does not warrant that outputs generated by the Platform:

Are unique or exclusive
Do not infringe third-party rights
Will pass AI detection systems
Will avoid plagiarism claims
Will meet academic integrity standards
Will comply with any specific marketplace or institution requirements

Users assume all risks associated with the use of AI-generated content.

5. Intellectual Property

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable payment obligations, you retain ownership of the final content you create using Draft Fast.

However:

Draft Fast retains ownership of the Platform, software, prompts, workflows, templates, systems, branding, interfaces, and underlying technology.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, sublicense, distribute, or exploit the Platform itself.
We reserve the right to improve our systems using anonymized operational and usage data.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of generated content does not violate intellectual property laws or third-party rights.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Draft Fast to create, distribute, promote, or facilitate:

Illegal content or unlawful activity
Copyright infringement
Fraudulent or deceptive materials
Spam or mass-generated low-quality content
Defamatory content
Hate speech or harassment
Malicious software or phishing materials
Explicit illegal adult content
Academic cheating prohibited by an institution
Content violating third-party platform policies

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited conduct at our sole discretion.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Draft Fast is not affiliated with or endorsed by:

Amazon
Kindle Direct Publishing
Google
OpenAI

Users are solely responsible for compliance with the terms, policies, and guidelines of any external platform they use.

8. Subscription Billing and Payments

Draft Fast offers subscription-based access and optional credit-based purchases.

Payments are securely processed through Dodo Payments, which acts as Merchant of Record for applicable transactions.

By purchasing a subscription or credits, you agree that:

Billing may recur automatically unless canceled
Prices may change with reasonable notice
Taxes may be collected where legally required
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access
Credits may expire, reset, or be limited according to the applicable subscription plan

You are responsible for managing your billing information, subscription settings, and cancellation preferences.

9. Account Creation and Google Sign-In

You may create or access a Draft Fast account using an email and password or supported third-party authentication services such as Google Sign-In. If you use Google Sign-In, Google may provide Draft Fast with basic account information needed to authenticate your account, such as your name, email address, email verification status, and profile image if available.

Draft Fast does not receive your Google password and does not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar, or other Google account content.

You are responsible for maintaining control of the Google account or other third-party account used to access Draft Fast. Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.

10. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and computational nature of AI-generated services, all purchases are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to issue refunds, credits, or account adjustments at our sole discretion.

Abuse of refund requests, chargebacks, or payment disputes may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

11. Service Availability

Draft Fast does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or update features, pricing, usage limits, or functionality at any time without liability.

AI output quality, speed, and availability may vary depending on system demand, infrastructure providers, third-party APIs, or technical limitations.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Draft Fast at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, suspected abuse, fraudulent activity, excessive resource consumption, chargebacks, or conduct we determine may expose Draft Fast to legal, operational, or reputational risk.

Termination may result in the loss of access to projects, generated content, credits, subscription benefits, or stored data.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Draft Fast is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Draft Fast disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy
Reliability
Availability
Security
Uninterrupted service
Compatibility with third-party platforms

You acknowledge and agree that your use of Draft Fast and any generated content is entirely at your own risk.

Under no circumstances shall Draft Fast or its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, suppliers, successors, assigns, or partners be liable for any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses of any kind, including but not limited to:

Lost profits
Lost revenue
Publishing rejection
Copyright claims
Intellectual property disputes
Account bans or suspensions
Platform policy violations
Data loss
Business interruption
Reputational harm
Indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted, including contract, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if Draft Fast has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Draft Fast and its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, successors, assigns, and partners from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, disputes, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:

Your use of the Platform
Your generated, edited, published, distributed, or sold content
Violations of intellectual property rights
Violations of publishing platform policies
Violations of applicable laws or regulations
Breach of these Terms
Any dispute between you and a third party

You assume full responsibility for all content and commercial activities conducted using Draft Fast.

15. Platform Policy Compliance

Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of Draft Fast complies with the rules, guidelines, and policies of any third-party platform, marketplace, retailer, advertising network, educational institution, or distribution service.

Draft Fast is not responsible for account suspensions, content removals, demonetization, ranking suppression, publishing rejection, or enforcement actions taken by third parties.

16. Privacy

Your use of Draft Fast is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time without prior notice.

Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Florida, United States.
