Refund Policy

Draft Fast subscriptions provide access to platform features, monthly Publishing Credits ("PCs"), AI generation capacity, storage, and active production resources during the current billing cycle.

By purchasing a subscription or Booster Credits, you acknowledge that Draft Fast allocates computational resources, AI processing capacity, and platform infrastructure immediately upon account activation and usage.

Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not immediately terminate access. Your subscription features, Publishing Credits, and account access will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by applicable law.

No partial-month refunds, prorated refunds, or unused subscription credits will be issued for canceled subscriptions.

Publishing Credits and Booster Credits

Monthly Publishing Credits included with subscription plans reset according to the active billing cycle and do not roll over unless explicitly stated in the applicable plan details.

Booster Credits purchased separately:

• Remain active while the subscription remains active
• Roll over month-to-month until used
• Expire upon cancellation or termination of the subscription after the current billing period ends
• Have no cash value and are non-transferable

Draft Fast reserves the right to modify credit allocations, expiration policies, pricing, or usage limits at any time.

Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within 5 business days of the original purchase date.

Due to the digital, computational, and instantly accessible nature of AI-powered software services, refunds are generally not available once substantial platform usage, Publishing Credit consumption, or AI content generation has occurred.

Refund eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of Draft Fast.

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

• Used Publishing Credits
• Partially used billing periods
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content
• Failure to achieve publishing, sales, ranking, or business goals
• User error or misuse of the Platform
• Account inactivity
• Failure to cancel before renewal
• Third-party publishing platform enforcement actions

If approved, refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating fraudulent or abusive chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of the account
• Revocation of Publishing Credits and generated content access
• Permanent restriction from future platform access
• Collection actions where permitted by law

We encourage users to contact us directly before initiating disputes with their payment provider.

Billing and Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record.

Applicable taxes may be collected based on jurisdictional requirements.
